Bom Calendar currently does not support ID retrieval.
You can use the password recovery feature to check whether an e-mail address was used to sign up for Bom Calendar.
How to verify your e-mail address (ID)
- Select ‘Sign in using e-mail’ from the Sign Up/Log In pop-up.
- Tap ‘Forgot password’ on the sign-in page.
- Enter the e-mail address you normally use in the ID/e-mail field, then tap ‘Send.’
- If the e-mail was used to sign up, reset your password and log in.
- If the app indicates that no user record corresponds to the e-mail address, try another e-mail address.
We are considering a feature that will make retrieving your ID easier. For now, please use the ‘Forgot password’ feature. 🙏
