Excluding Bom Calendar from battery optimization will not have a significant impact on battery efficiency because the app uses only a minimal amount of memory in the background for alerts.
How to Optimize Battery Usage: Tap ‘Go to Device Settings’ at the bottom of the screen and then tap ‘Manage Battery Usage.’
Tap ‘Apps not optimized’ at the top of the screen, then select ‘All’ from the menu.
Find Bom Calendar in the app list and turn the switch off.
