[Notice] Bom Points Feature Launch and Amendments to Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Hello, this is Bom Calendar.

A new feature that lets you earn points by watching ads and exchange them for various benefits, 'Bom Points', is coming soon!

You can collect Bom Points and exchange them for passes such as the PDF Report Pass (1 use), Hide Ads Pass (7 Days), and Calendar Sharing Pass (10 Days).

In line with the launch of this new feature, we are amending our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to ensure a safe service environment and user protection.

1. Key Amendments to Terms of Service (New Article 17)

• Earning & Exchanging Bom Points : Points are granted free of charge through activities such as watching rewarded ads and can be exchanged for passes within the service. Points and passes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others, and as they are granted free of charge, they are not subject to refunds or order cancellation.
• Validity Periods : Points are valid for 365 days from the date earned. Stored passes, such as the PDF Report Pass, can be used within the period shown on the exchange screen (currently 90 days) from issuance, while immediately applied passes begin their displayed benefit period at the time of exchange.
• How Passes Apply : Certain passes, such as the Calendar Sharing and Hide Ads passes, take effect immediately upon exchange due to the nature of the product, with the benefit period starting at the time of exchange without any separate redemption step. You can check how each pass applies on the exchange screen.
• Renumbering of Articles : With the addition of new Article 17, existing Articles 17-20 are renumbered to Articles 18-21. (No content changes)

2. Key Amendments to Privacy Policy

• Additional Processing Items : To provide the Bom Points service, we process point earning and usage records, pass issuance and usage records, and rewarded-ad completion verification data (ad transaction identifier and member identifier).
• Rewarded-Ad and Point Credit Verification : The app sends a member identifier to Google AdMob to identify the member who should receive Bom Points. When the rewarded ad is completed, we receive the ad transaction identifier and member identifier from Google AdMob to verify whether the points should be credited. This information is used solely to credit points and prevent duplicate or fraudulent crediting.

Effective Date : August 4, 2026

Objection and Inquiries :
If you do not agree to the revised Terms of Service, you may choose to terminate your service agreement by withdrawing your membership within 7 days from the effective date. If no objection is expressed within this period, you will be deemed to have consented to the revised Terms of Service. The revised Privacy Policy will apply from August 4, 2026.
